Yellow’s journey showcases both profound suffering and the delicate emergence of hope. When she was discovered by rescuers, her condition was dire.
Severely undernourished and afflicted with mange, her body bore the marks of neglect, as she lay amidst the rocks in a barren area. Despite being so young, she had already come to distrust the outside world.
The rescue team witnessed her heartbreaking reflexes; whenever someone approached, Yellow cowered and covered her head, anticipating more mistreatment. It was apparent that she had been through a lot of cruelty, leaving deep scars.

The team was persistent in their efforts to find her, and when they succeeded, she tried to make herself small—as if trying to vanish. They named her Yellow to signify the hope they were determined to instill.
However, her battle for survival had just begun. Her condition was critical, making every second crucial. On her first night at the veterinarian clinic, she managed to eat and drink a little—small, yet significant milestones in her path to recovery.
But despite being in a safe place, she was too frightened to make eye contact, hesitant to eat if people were around. Her instinct to retreat into herself didn’t dissipate instantly.
Every day, her caregivers showered her with patience, feeding her by hand when she refused sustenance. Little by little, Yellow began to build trust, taking cautious steps toward healing.

Her physical wounds were under treatment, and although her spirit was still fragile, she was resilient.
Yellow may not fully comprehend acts of kindness yet, but those committed to her recovery are unwavering in their support.
Her healing will require time and patience, but each triumph no matter how small, brings her nearer to the joyous life she deserves. Surrounded by love and care, she is beginning to see a world where hiding is no longer necessary.
